在调节阀校验过程中,由于是现场校验,阀门已安装在使用位置,不能进行气密性试验等项目。定位器与气动阀联动校准过程中,发现定位器不能正常工作时,应单独取下定位器并进行校准。
1、 On site calibration of pneumatic valve (with valve positioner)
Pneumatic valve is a driving mechanism in the regulating system, and its function is controlled by the regulator. The valve's function also linearly affects the changes in process parameters, and the rest can only be calibrated in the shutdown state. In order to improve regulation performance, regulating valves are often equipped with valve positioners. Usually, Qidong valves are calibrated together with valve positioners.
1. Calibration of pneumatic valve positioner regulating valve
(1) Wiring
Open the air source regulator to recalibrate its output (digital pressure gauge 1) and observe whether the valve stroke is at the starting position (maximum stroke position). Adjust the constant value device to 100kPa to check if the valve stroke is at its maximum (starting position).
(2) Steps
A. Select 5 input signal pressures of 20KPa, 40kpa, 60kpa, 80kPa, and 100KPA for calibration.
B. The corresponding valve position indication should be 0.25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
C. Calibrate in both positive and negative directions. The valve position indication, such as full stroke (Mm), is multiplied by the proportional percentage to obtain the number of millimeters of stroke.
2. Adjustment of regulating valves with electrical valve positioners
(1) Wiring
Firstly, send a 4mA input signal and observe whether the digital pressure gauge is at 20 kPa and whether the valve stroke is at the starting position (maximum stroke position). Then adjust the input signal to 20mA to check if the digital pressure gauge is 100kPa and the valve stroke reaches the maximum value (starting position).
(2) Steps
A. Select 5 points for calibration with input signal pressures of 4mA, 8Ma, 12mA, 16mA, and 20mA.
B. The corresponding valve position indication should be 0.25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
C. Calibrate in both positive and negative directions. The valve position indication, such as full stroke (Mm), is multiplied by the proportional percentage to obtain the number of millimeters of stroke.
During the calibration process of the regulating valve, due to on-site calibration, the valve has been installed in its intended position and cannot undergo airtightness tests or other items. During the calibration process of the locator and pneumatic valve linkage, if it is found that the locator cannot work properly, the locator should be removed separately and calibrated.
