3. Pipeline isolation method
This method is the same as adding pipe wall thickness, and can also effectively reduce the noise generated by electric valves. However, it is necessary to pay attention to three constraints. Firstly, similar to the method of changing pipeline labeling, isolation method is also necessary for the entire downstream system. Secondly, it is necessary to carefully install isolation data to prevent it from becoming "ineffective" and severely reduce the usefulness of this method. Thirdly, insulation methods commonly used in pipeline systems have limited effectiveness in reducing noise. Because suitable materials are often not suitable for high temperatures, the adhesive used may melt, fundamentally changing its own sound quality and thermal characteristics.
