    电动阀的噪音控制办法:
      1.运用消音器
      消音器只需直接安装在控制阀的下流,就能有用减低控制阀的噪音。不过,在运用消音器时,常常会遇到一些题。首先,消音器要有用,就需要低流速。但低流速却往往使消音器显得无实用价值,特别是在大流量体系中更是这样。其次,音响要素常常和流体介质不相配合。第三,操作条件或许大恶劣。
      2.进步管道的标号
      添加下流管道的管壁厚度,可以有用减低控制阀的噪音。不过,因为噪音一旦发生,并不敏捷沿着下流管道长度散失,因此,这一办法一般有必要用在整个下流体系上。
      3.管道隔绝法

Firstly, similar to the method of changing pipeline labeling, isolation method is also necessary for the entire downstream system. Secondly, it is necessary to carefully install isolation data to prevent it from becoming "ineffective" and severely reduce the usefulness of this method. Thirdly, insulation methods commonly used in pipeline systems have limited effectiveness in reducing noise. Because suitable materials are often not suitable for high temperatures, the adhesive used may melt, fundamentally changing its own sound quality and thermal characteristics.
